About TechOps Academy
The training arm of Parsons' Technical Operations Group (Parsons TOG).
TechOps Academy is the training arm of Parsons' Technical Operations Group (Parsons TOG). We provide technical and operational services, training, and readiness solutions that help public and private organizations discreetly mitigate physical, technical, and criminal threats to their operations, infrastructure, personnel, resources, and intellectual property. Our History traces that work from BlackHorse Solutions through Parsons TOG.
What we teach
Parsons PAI training is best known for CASO, the publicly available information (PAI) research certification most of our government customers require. We also offer courses in Advanced Digital Discovery (AD²), Commercial Signature Reduction, dark web research, Linux, Python, and AI. All courses are updated continually to keep pace with the information environment. They're also tool-agnostic: we teach methodology that lasts longer than any single tool.
Where we teach
All courses are scheduled online. Dedicated iterations are conducted at our classrooms in Herndon, VA and Fayetteville, NC on demand, and mobile training teams host specially tailored courses at your location, including outside the United States.
How training is delivered
Open-enrollment and dedicated courses run on a secure instructional platform using US Government-approved encrypted solutions that are Tier C compliant, covering ISO 27001, ISO 27018, EUMC, SOC 1 Type I and II, SOC 2 Type I and II, HIPAA, and FERPA. Registration, delivery, and certificates are handled in the TOG course manager.
Who we serve
Our courses are open to government organizations and their sponsored partners. Open courses are also available to anyone whose work exposes them to risk in the information environment, including investigators, security teams, executives, and travelers.
